These terms govern your use of this website. Using the site means you agree to them; if you do not, please stop using it.

The site describes the services Vectis Works provides to manufacturers. None of its content is an offer to supply services on any terms. Every engagement is governed by a written agreement signed by both sides, and where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement prevails.

Vectis Works may send emails to professionals whose roles relate to our services. Anyone who receives one can end further messages simply by replying to it. Our privacy policy sets out how that information is handled.

Every dashboard, chart, figure and number shown on this site, or inside any sample the site links to, is built from sample data. None of it reports a client's results, and none of it promises an outcome.

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, try to reach any part of it or its systems without authorization, probe it for weaknesses, or copy its content with automated tools.

The words, graphics, logo and other material on the site belong to Vectis Works or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. Rights in anything we create for a client are set out in the written agreement covering that work.

This site links to the main Vectis Works website and to its sample dashboard, and it loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Each of those is operated under its own terms and policies, which govern your use of it.

We provide the site and its content “as is” and on an “as available” basis. So far as the law permits, Vectis Works disclaims every warranty, express or implied. Nothing on the site is professional, engineering, legal or financial advice.

So far as the law permits, Vectis Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising out of your use of the site. Our combined liability for all claims connected with the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify Vectis Works against claims, losses and costs, reasonable attorneys' fees included, that result from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms will be decided by binding arbitration held in Nashville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless the law does not allow arbitration of that dispute.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Choosing not to enforce a term does not waive it. Together with our privacy policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and Vectis Works concerning the site. We may revise them, and the effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
